Leslie + Ben | Charleston Wedding

I am not even sure where I should begin with Leslie and Ben, first off, this couple is so cute and sweet, I can barley stand it! I first met Leslie when she contacted me about taking some homecoming pictures for her and Ben when he came home from the army. We set up a whole plan and ended up surprising him at the airport and had a mini photoshoot in the middle of Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in ATL, which if you live here or have flown through it (I cant imagine someone not having been in it at least once in their life) then you know it is quite literally one of the largest and busiest airports in the world. 

When Ben came off that escalator, Leslie ran and jumped in his arms, they were both so happy to see each other and the whole airport began to clap and aww. It was one of the sweetest moments I have ever witnessed, here are a few more images from our airport mini:  

A few months after Ben's homecoming, Leslie and I were still in contact, she is also a local photographer, and they ended up getting engaged and asked me to travel to Charleston and shoot their wedding! I was absolutely thrilled to be a part of yet another special moment in their lives! Here are some details from their beautiful day in Charleston: 

The whole wedding day was quite magical, we began with meeting at a hotel where the two had stayed on their very first trip together. Leslie and Ben both got ready in the room (at different times to ensure that either one wouldn't see one another) and then headed to Battery Park where Leslie and her daughter arrived in a horse carriage before walking down the aisle. The whole ceremony was filled with a close-knit group of family and friends, which was perfect for such a romantic wedding. Afterward, Leslie, Ben and I walked around the streets of Charleston and took some portraits around the beautiful architecture. Here are a few more images from their beautiful day:
