Bina + Haaroon | Cemetery Wedding

If you know me personally, one of the first things that you will learn about me is that I am honestly a sucker for all things dark and moody, and when I met Bina and Haaroon, they made my dream wedding come true. Bina and Haaroon are quite the unusual and adventurous couple; and I love it! The two first met while studying overseas in Saudi Arabia a few years back. Haaroon would walk Bina home every night until she looked at him and asked why he had never asked her out, well as you can tell, the rest is history! At our initial meeting they told me about how much they loved abandoned buildings, another well known fact about me is I have a passion for them as well! We then ended up having an epic engagement session in the abandoned Atlanta Prison Farm, just to give you an idea of how cool this couple is. At this point, I didn't know who was more excited for this wedding, me or the couple, personally, I think I win.

Fast forward to the day of the wedding: I ran up the stair to meet with Bina, who was smiling ear to ear surrounded by her friends and parents all getting ready for the event of the year. Bina chose to wear a slick jumpsuit instead of a traditional gown and paired it with stunning Mediterranean gold jewelry and a maroon bouquet. She looked absolutely incredible. The ceremony was filled with kind words from friends and family and held in front of a beautiful mausoleum with stained glass windows with doves in the center. It was truly the most unique alter shot. Afterwards, I got to take Bina and Haaroon on an adventure through the maze that is Oakland Cemetery and we started their portraits while their guests sat on antique couches and sipped old fashions. When the sun set, the three of us returned to officially start the toasts and the awesome dance party. A spooky time was had by all until Bina and Haaroon made their exit for the night on two blue Atlanta bikes that they had rented.
